Refund policy
Because our products are custom-made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for accidental orders, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction. However, we are committed to assisting you with any concerns you may have.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if contacted within 30 days of delivery.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and come to a resolution.
DELIVERY ISSUES
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, customers have the following options:
1.) Replacement: Opt for a replacement item for an additional charge.
2.) Partial Refund: Receive a partial refund of the purchase price.
Please note that claims of non-delivery must be supported by tracking information and any relevant documentation. This ensures a fair resolution for all parties involved.
GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
REFUND PROCESS
1.) To start the replacement or refund process, contact us at support@inspiredbyartistry.com.
2.) Please provide your date of purchase, order number, email address, and reason for your return.
3.) Provide a clear photo that shows the issue.
4.) If there’s an issue affecting multiple products with the same design, please provide an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation purposes.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
